Feeling depleted?

Burnout could be around the corner.

Burnout happens when we feel unable to take the time to slow down, soothe and simplify our lives. It often comes as a result of ongoing stress — from work, finances, activism or life in general.

This experience of deep depletion confronts us when we are moving too fast, for too long, trying to accomplish too much…often not asking for help.

When it hits, we feel completely exhausted, unwell and unable to fully show up.

If left unchecked, burnout could be the thing that prevents you from connecting to your purpose in life, pursuing your passions and having the energy to contribute to the causes that matter most to you… and we don’t want that.

In this virtual workshop, we will share with you simple practices to prevent burnout and exhaustion so you can thrive while meeting the demands of your life.

We will discuss ways to build resilience that sustains your wellbeing through even the most challenging moments. Weaving in these radical self care practices will enable you to go beyond showing up at a minimum — they will enable you to follow your passions and make valuable contributions of your time and energy on this revolutionary journey.

Take care of yourself now so you can show up for your family, your community, your purpose and the future.

As you commit to more thoughtful action to prevent burnout, you will generate sustained energy to show up for what matters in the long term.

We’re here to actively resist grind culture

by inviting you to take a cooling pause.

With this in mind, we are committed to shifting humanity’s lived experience through respect for and realignment with nature.
