Instructor Molly McConnell conveys an Ayurvedic perspective on this topic thoroughly and thoughtfully. At the end of the course I felt I was able to more effectively communicate in interpersonal situations in my work and community. Further, I was impressed by the format of this course. I've taken a lot of online courses, and Cultivate Balance has honed in on a format that is more adaptable, beautiful and in-depth than any other platform I've used.
